Water, Water Everywhere - Even Inside W'burg's 20 Bayard

April showers may bring May flowers, but August storms bring tenant complaints.
The torrential rainstorms that soaked New York have taken their toll on Williamsburg's 20 Bayard, Curbed reports. A tenant writes: "The latest rains have lead to water damage of multiple apartments again...Apparently the water enters the building at the top and then travels through the walls to the apartments."
The tenant goes on to write that every time it rains, multiple people file complaints with the doorman, but so far nothing has been fixed.
This sounds like a job for Arnold Diaz and "Shame on You."
