Nate Smith, formerly of The Spotted Pig, will be opening a new restaurant this September in Williamsburg. The Brooklyn Paper reveals that his new eatery, All's Well (or Kettle Pie, depending on the source) will open at 124 Bedford Avenue, formerly the site of the recently closed Raymund's. The establishment will feature a 40-seat bar and restaurant and will be a "pub"-type spot, "although not necessarily so masculine," Smith told The Village Voice.
